Common Issues

Missing "MSVBVM50.DLL".
Starting with Windows Vista, Microsoft is no longer including this file with their operating system. This issue has been resolved in the current version of the program.

Run-time error '3021': Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.
This error occurs on older versions of Visual Song Book due to the date format of the computer not using the standard American date format (mm/dd/yyyy). This issue has been resolved in the current version of the program.

Error "MSDART32.DLL" missing.
If you encounter this error when installing the song program, it is caused by Windows XP improperly naming the msdart dll file. Download (save) DARTFIX.BAT to your desktop and click on it. This will make a copy of MSDART.DLL and name it MSDART32.DLL. It will be placed in the Windows/System32 directory. This should allow you to install the program
